““I Can Do This”: Empowering MetLife Employees to Tell Their Own Story”

Video gives far-flung teams new ways to form the kind of personal connections that lead to cross-pollinating ideas. Jonathan will discuss how MetLife’s OneVoice platform has created a vibrant new dynamic driving employee engagement since its launch in June last year as part of the insurer’s Innovation Program. OneVoice enables employees to upload short videos showing how individuals and teams are helping to deliver MetLife’s strategy. Following a successful pilot, which revealed a rich seam of creative talent, OneVoice is now being rolled out across MetLife’s EMEA region. Learn how empowering employees to create their own videos can accelerate the pace of engagement.
