David Birnbaum is currently Vice President of CENTURY 21 University — leading one of the world's largest real estate company's L&D department. He started his career as a research scientist at AT&T Bell Laboratories artificial intelligence department. His last position at AT&T was head of their global online learning department. In 2006 he joined Coldwell Banker Commercial real estate where he created Commercial University, and many award winning training programs focused on growth and productivity. In 2009 Birnbaum assumed the Vice President of Coldwell Banker' University for 85,000 residential brokers and agents as well.

Vitaly Shter — Director of Product Marketing, Kaltura
Vitaly Shter is the Director of Product Marketing at Kaltura, the leading video platform. He oversees the go-to-market strategy for Kaltura's enterprise video products for communication, collaboration and learning. Vitaly is passionate about working with leading enterprises on innovative ways to drive employee productivity and knowledge sharing through social video technologies. Prior to Kaltura, he spent several years working in the financial services industry, delivering technology solutions for HR, Operations, and Risk departments. He holds a B.Sc in Computer Science from Stony Brook University and an MBA from Cornell University.
